aAa believes in a new generation of players for 2008-2009 season
This week, aAa has announced the dismissals of Nicolas "Dr.Crow" Vaissaud due to his studies, and Vincent "YanK" Fournier because of a lack of motivation in the game. Both of these two players are expected not to play again on the French scene in top level teams.
After these two departures, aAa lineup was consisting of only 3 active players : David "Xp3" Garrido, Judicaël "JED" Chaub and Benjamin "KaRa" Carasco. aAa eventually decided to thank and release these three remaining players to clear its CS section with the aim to build a completely new one.
Today, aAa is proud to announce a new generation of players for its Counter-Strike 1.6 team. After a complete year of lineup changes around the same pool of players, aAa has decided to trust two of its former players, Guillaume "Geno" Ntep and Tristan "TDSI" Jouanne, who gathered 3 new talented guys from the French esport scene.
Gaëtan "SHq" Varlotta, Guillaume "MarM" Vanhems and Kyle "noth1ng" Saadi will play along with the old two mentioned before. Respectively former webone, Bynight and ethnics players, these three belong to the new emerging French scene and will bring the fresh blood aAa needs with them.
The aim of this whole new team is to rise up its level constantly this year and hopefully crown the first spot in the upcoming Lans. The first team’s LAN will be at the WCG France qualifier this week-end. Then they will compete in both Extreme Masters and EPS from the ESL.
