What happened was he de warded one of our wards and he knew that we knew he was still in the area. (After just killing our ward) - But we placed another ward, knowing he was still around with oracle.
This is a typical "ward bait," therefore he was most likely expecting to be ganked dewarding - so when he seen nunu/kog moving towards him .. he was hovering over his flash key already.
Still impressive nonetheless to be so alert with a crowd of 50,000 in front of you and thousands more tuning in back home.
