New Year and new face for the Heroes of the Storm aAa team.

During the HCL Winter breaks, the against All authority team has evolved and changed its face for this New Year. Two players that were already in place these past weeks - GerdamHerd & Sjaak, who become basic players after Darrow left – have definitively convinced the structure to keep them for 2015. Dibs, the only French player of the team and manager, become substitute due to his lack of time for training. As regards Skyhigh and Vonethil, just arrived end of November, they did not manage to find the right synergy with the rest of the team, making their departure bound to happen.

As an Alpha version game, Heroes of the Storm remains very young and fickle. That is why one of the aAa priority for 2015 must be to stabilise the line-up first, and then to try and reach the European top of the league. And for this, the team welcomes today three new players, whose one of them should recall you some old good memories: Yoan « ToD » Merlo.

Indeed, the former Warcraft III & Starcraft II world-class player is joining the team, with two players of the ex-team PPP, Luvi & Vippelino. Here is its statement regarding his choice regarding the Blizzard new MOBA:

After playing a long time at Starcraft II, I decided to stop competition on this game, at least for a while. I played at Heroes of the Storm for fun at the beginning, but it turned out that I have finally played 1 000 games in two months. Naturally I decided to try to play in a team, for the first time in my life. That’s why today I’m joining aAa, a team that is pretty much as old as I’m in esport, looking forward seeing what we will be able to accomplish on this very young game.

Yoan "ToD" Merlo
